One Response to “Eduardo Paes on the Four Commandments of Cities”

  1. Mayor Paes is a charismatic leader. Its an impressive, short presentation, and the link back to the control-room in Rio is pure showmanship.

Its always hard to take a view from a long, long distance whether this is the real deal, or a fancy show. Is he a good major, are these measures working etc. or is it the equivalent of the fancy website with no substance beneath. I’ve never been to Rio, so I can’t judge.

The 4 Commandments are clear, progressive and impressive by any standards. So I hope its as good as it sounds.
